Using evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness, she facilitates personal growth and self-awareness, assisting clients to explore positive coping strategies. Jane is a Clinical Registrant of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Her strong interpersonal skills enable her to provide tools to support people of all ages to live their best life. Jane is available to work one on one, or in group therapy sessions.</image:caption>
